We just opened high end Restaurant in Raleigh NC and we purchased 65,000 dollars worth of furniture from one of your agent a month ago. This include tables, bar chairs and chairs. We had lot of challenges on the delivery and finally we received all furniture yesterday.
We are very surprised about the quality of the furniture and tables. We asked the agent about the warranty and exchange they told me that Beaufurn never provide warranty for their furniture. Our heart is broken for every single peace of furniture for the cost that paid. We are looking for answers from you.
